The more than 200-year-old wine cellar of Štoka lies 250 to 270 metres above sea level and belongs to the Karst wine-growing district. Five generations of this family have been part of the wine-growing tradition. Now, the farm spreads out over 30 hectares, of which eight belong to the vineyards. Over 40 thousand vines thrive there. Refosco represents 60 percent of them. It is used for the production of Teran on the Karst soil. They produce the old native Vitovska Grganja, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malvasia, Chardonnay and classic-style sparkling wines, including a red sparkling wine called Teran sparkling wine.
