Villa Fabiani in Kobdilj is the birthplace of a famous Slovene architect Max Fabiani, and is, therefore, today a protected cultural monument.
This, 600 years old vineyard estate consists of a so-called farm mansion with the main courtyard, on which reigns centuries - old Mulberry, better known after the cover of the book "Murva Fabianijevih", the work of the author Renato Ferrari, which takes us 150 years back, into a love story and life on the Karst at the time of the flourishing of Trieste.
An indispensable link in the story of Villa Fabiani is Picolit. A sweet dessert wine, produced from dried grapes of the sort by the same name. The wine is light amber in colour, with a complex, intensive smell, enriched with a colourful palette of fruity aromas. The taste is full, mineral and harmonious. It adds a perfect final touch to fruits and desserts.
