Jermann is a story of passion that begins way back in time. In 1881, Anton Jermann, founder and forefather, left home in the Austrian wine growing region of Burgenland and the vineyards he owned in Slovenia to set roots in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Anton proudly continued his wine growing activity but it was Silvio Jermann with all his genius and creativity who led the winery to become a leading reality in the winemaking industry, first in Italy and then internationally.
Today their estate includes 130 hectares of prime vineyards and 20 of arable crops for a total of 150 hectares combined. But behind the glamour of wines like Vintage Tunina, Dreams, and Red Angel, which are well recognized worldwide, there is an intimate relationship with the land and a deep commitment to produce unique, award-winning wines”
