Selected hand picked grapes are de stemmed and crushed. The grapes are gently pressed and left for settling 24-hours. Clear must is racked and fermented in 500 and 225 litre oak barrels where the wine is matured on fine lees for another 12 months.

The feeling in the mouth is fresh and tasty, with a lively structure and intense fruitiness.The wine expresses the characteristic and unique characteristics of Tuscany, a country fortified with long summers and softened by the fresh sea breeze coming from the Tyrrhenian Sea.Contains sulfites.
