The dried fruit flavours are intertwined with a subtle hint of hazelnut sponge cake and honey. Full-bodied, elegant, with gentle bubbles and a very long aftertaste.

The color is youthful, pale lemon. The bouquet shows signs of ripeness, ripe apple, honey, dried flowers are beautifully intertwined. In the mouth, the sparkling wine is very dry, with nice acids and a soft texture of fine bubbles.

Johanniter is a white grape variety resistant to fungal diseases, created by crossing Riesling and Freiburg 589-54 in Germany in 1968.The grapes are picked towards the end of August. At the winery the grapes are gently pressed and then undergo a slow fermentation process in steel tanks at a controlled temperature using selected yeasts.Secondary fermentation for at least 7 months. The Charmat Method is used to produce this sparkling wine.

Gentle lemon colours with golden hues. The bouquet is ripe, full and rich. Aroma of white flowers, honey, with clear yeast notes and slightly perceptible notes of red fruits. Very dry in the mouth, medium body, the acids are high and the texture of the bubbles is very delicate and sophisticated.Bjana Blanc de Noir is the first Slovenian white sparkling wine Pinot Noir. Sparkling wine Bjana Blanc De Noir does not have as strong bofy as Cuvee Prestige. Although it is made of Pinot Noir but it is not in pink colour as Brut rose. According to the sugar level, it falls into the category of extra brut (3 to 6 g / l of sugar) and is not as very dry as Brut zero, but it is drier than Brut.

Very nice, soft and elegant acidity.In the Karst Teran wine becomes from the grapevine of Refosco. It ‘s a very fresh wine because it grows on limestone and clay soil, in fact the terra rossa denominates it. La Hechicera Reserva Familiar ages in the hot and humid microclimate of Barranquille, giving the rum its unique character. The flavors of rum are just as we expect: deep woody notes, a nose with a hint of caramel and orange peel, followed by a bold burst of flavors with distinctive notes of tobacco and roasted coffee. Finish is fresh and smooth.
