The fruit spread is carefully prepared from figs hand-picked on our own Istrian estate. The spread contains at least 73% fruit. It is suitable as an addition to various dishes, e.g. cheese platters, nuts, for sweetening, cocktail preparation, as a sweet spread on bread, etc.

Intensive ruby red colour with hints of purple. Seductive fruity aroma, reminding us of ripe blackberry, blueberry and sour cherry. In conclusion we can find noble, gentle wooden note. Very rich, fruity, matured, velvet, very lively with nice acids. Wine is very structured with tipical notes of blackberry, blueberry and matured sour cherry. Long after taste is concluded with pleasant juiciness and matured tannins. With maturation in big oak barrels, this speciality of Slovenian Istria, gets additional nobleness.
