A clear wine with a golden yellow color and dense texture.
Intense aromas gradually reveal their rich palette. Ripe yellow apple, persimmon, yellow plum, and pineapple. Perceptions of candied lemon, honey and dry yellow flowers follow. Slight hints of fine lees play with almonds, butter, vanilla, and a gentle touch of caramel. The finish is herbal, of rosemary and marjoram.
It spoils us with its balance on the palate. It is soft, with well-integrated alcohols. Its youthful freshness indicates that the wine will continue to develop, with a mineral and slightly astringent finish. It is an intense wine, full-bodied, and long-lasting persistence. First the flavors of sweet spices are confirmed, with a slight perception of licorice, followed by ripe and candied fruit.
A wine that will go perfectly with complex haut-cuisine dishes composed of fish with various purees or creamy sauces. Also with poultry, pheasant - especially with crispy baked skin but also with lamb shanks and succulent pork ribs.

The colour is golden yellow and lively. The bouquet is extremely complex. The wine combines the aromas of dried flowers, especially chamomile, herbs, mature and dried fruit and honey. A gentle, medium-bodied wine with just enough freshness. Highly mineral, harmonious and elegant.Manual harvest of selected biodynamic grown grapes sorted in the vineyard. All varieties are harvested at the same time. One week maceration of the grape mash and spontaneous fermentation with own yeast. Mild pressing and one-year maturation of the wine in a big traditional oak old wooden barrel in which the process of malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine matures on its own lees without flow for one year. Bottling with minimal addition of sulphur without filtration.

100% Chardonnay from a single site in the village Kozana. They managed to bring out what had been known for a while – this 25-year-old vineyard is so special, so different, that it deserves its own wine. The upper layer of soil is shallow, underneath there is a rocky bed which gives minerality to the wine. The elevated position preserves freshness. A wine with depth, breadth and length. A true expression of the vineyard and its position as it is produced in the same manner as our Chardonnay “riserva”. Its ageing potential is at least 10 years, perhaps more.Striking golden-yellow colour with a brilliant shine. Almost discreet in its bouquet, yet the richness comes through with complexity and finesse, hinting of buer, wet stones, gentle fruity notes of peach, and caramel. Dry, rich and intense on the palate. Thetexture is oily, the wine juicy, perhaps even slightly sweet. Despite the full body it is pleasant, harmonious and balanced. A wine vivid with potential, developing into a fine salty finish.

It is produced from the variety Blue Frankonian. When pressing we only use the freerun without maceration. After the alcoholic fermentation the wine settles for a few weeks on fine depositions of yeast, afterwards it is bottled and it is always the first wine offered within the current vintage. The wine has a lively, fruity colour, the aroma is intense, fruity as well. Its’ freshness is balanced with a rounded-up, elegant, fruity and long-lasting aftertaste. The wine is fresh,with the right sparks and seductive which makes it the perfect companion for summer days in good company.
