The wine is a gentle golden yellow color. The bouquet is youthful, pleasant, just right intense. It smells of elderflowers, tropical fruits, lemons, limes, even spicy. In the mouth dry, with a rich texture, salty, moderate acids and a stronger body.Classic harvest towards the end of August, short, a few hours of maceration, pressing and 21 days of temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel containers. After the flow, the wine matured in stainless steel containers with stirring - bâtonnage (three times a week - half a year) for the next 9 months.

Medium intense ruby color with a thin brownish edge and faintly colored tears. Onsmell first herbs and spices, then fruity (cranberries, blackberries, rosehip jam, plum jam), later the sweet ripe scents of vanilla, dried figs, tender musk, stable herring, hay open. Fine, smooth, sweet, ripe taste; the long aftertaste reminds us of mushrooms, umami. Medium full body.

Its blend reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three main grape varieties in Champagne whose proportions vary from year to year, but always find the same harmony: the body of Pinot Noir (30 to 40%), the suppleness of Meunier (30 to 40%), and the finesse of Chardonnay (20 to 30%).Slightly golden straw yellow with delicate green glints.Green apple, citrus, etc. The striking intensity of these fruity notes is immediately followed by a wave of mineral freshness and white flowers.
