Collection is based on a selection of plots located in the heart of the Champagne region that are suited to its identity and where the emphasis is on sustainable growing practices.
This wine is entering a new, important phase. It is more than just an evolution in style, it is a change of template, a velvet revolution that gives birth to this multi-vintage Collection champagne is another important milestone in progress for and absolute quality.

Lemon yellow colour with light green reflections. Intense sparkle and plenty of bubbles rising in fine beads. Citrus aroma, white fruit and green apple accompanied with pleasant marcipan and hazelnut aromas. Lively acidity and plenty of fruitiness makes this wine harmonic with light creamy aftertaste. Malvazija gives to this wine almond aftertaste.

Barva starega zlata z mineralnimi odsevi. Briljantno, čeprav samo odtočeno s postopkom dekantacije brez filtracije. Vonj se širi z vso svojo polnostjo, kar ošabnostjo. Je izjemno intenziven, trajen in kompleksen. Močno izražena mineralnost, zaznaven vonj mokre briške opoke in rahel kresilni kamen. Okus je zelo mineralen in kremast. Vino ima rahlo zaznavno rustikalno noto, vendar je izjemno elegantno, sveže, z lepo usklajenostjo med alkoholom in kislino, ki mu napovedujeta izjemno dolgo življenje.Mesne predjedi in različne juhe (npr. kremne – gobove, zelenjavne), različno pripravljene tako morske kot sladkovodne ribe (soške postrvi), losos. Vino lahko družimo tudi z glavnimi jedmi na bazi tartufov in s svežimi ne pikantnimi siri.Temperatura za serviranje: 15 °C
