Sinfeinis – without borders and without end – is a brand of sparkling wines of two educated and established winemakers, Matjaž Četrtič from the Slovenian side of the Goriška brda (Ferdinand) and Robert Prinčič (Gradisciutta) from the Italian side.

This is a delicate straw shade wine with a very fine, vivacious perlage creating a dense white mousse. Delicate citrus fruit on the nose with a hint of pastry crust. As the wine opens up, a distinct mineral character emerges.Elegant creamy texture, with a return of the refreshing citrus fruit and a touch of Granny Smith apples. The finish is long with a perfect balance and a lightly saline mineral note so characteristic of this terroir.

Produced from grapes coming from our vineyards in the Italian Collio and Slovenian Brda, this zero-residual interpretation of the Princic-Cetrtic Rebolium showcases the versatility of the Ribolla Gialla grape applied to the traditional method of bottle refermentation.Appearance: There is a pleasing intensity in the wine’s pale straw shade and the extremely fine beads of the lively perlage, signature of the winery’s house style, resulting in a stylish, long lasting mousse.Nose: The nose hints at the evolution of aromas, with notes of damp straw creeping in alongside the wine’s predominantly mineral character.Palate: A crisp, bone dry intensity marks the palate enlivened by flavours of lemon rind and green apple. Long and savoury finish, slightly austere but very rewarding.

This rosé exhibits a very attractive pale coral shade with a lively perlage. On the nose the wine introduces itself with fresh red cherry aromas and side notes of thyme and lavender.The palate has a firm structure backed by a balanced depth and concentration which testify to the quality of the base wine from this warm, ripe vintage. The fruit returns delicately on the palate together with a note of almond kernels, progressing towards a savoury mineral finish. Sinefinis Rosé is a great aperitif, but its true vocation is accompanying food, served cool but not over-chilled, in order to appreciate all its nuances.

A Chardonnay-based blanc de blancs with a rich straw shade and medium-intensity perlage. This is a wine which opens on the nose with light buttery tones followed by apricot and a seductive hint of tropical fruit. On the palate, in contrast to the nose, classic Chardonnay notes of hazelnut and crisp green apple emerge. Volume and a round creamy texture are the mouth-feel sensations, underpinned by a savoury mineral character which gives length and definition to the finish. More of a food wine than an aperitif, this is a true classic with Collio and Brda written all over it.
