About the purchase

Ordering in our online store is very simple. Add the desired products to the shopping cart and click on the “Checkout” button. You will be transported to the shopping cart and from here on, we will guide you through your order in four quick steps (address – delivery method – payment – purchase summary). At the end, you must indicate your agreement with the Terms and Conditions and click on the “Confirm Order” button to complete your order.After successfully placing the order, you will receive feedback with the order number and a message to your email address about the successful placement and confirmation of the order.

Registration is not required, you can shop as a guest. However, registration has certain advantages: • Your address will be saved so that you do not have to enter it again every time you want to place an order. • As a registered customer, you have access to summaries of your past orders. You can check the status of your order at any time. • You will complete the purchase procedure faster. • You can add products to favourites.

To create a user account, click “Register” in the main menu. A form will open for you to enter all your information. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. You must enter your email address and choose a secret password. With this data, you can log in to your user account at any time in the future, and view, review and edit your information.

Write us an email with your wish at info@kozelj.si and we will delete your user account immediately. It is important that you provide the email address you used to register so that we can identify you.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide accurate information on when the product will be back in stock. Enter your email address next to the product and you will automatically receive a notification when the product is available again.

In the main menu, click on “Login” and ”Forgot Password?” and enter the email address you used to create your account. You will immediately receive a message at your email address with a link to the page where you can reset your password. You can change the password as you wish.

Payment

If you encounter any problems while ordering, let us know at info@kozelj.si or call us on ( 386)1 834 35 60 and we will be happy to help you.

You will receive the invoice in the package together with your order. If you want, we can also send it to you by email. In this case, email us at info@kozelj.si.

Purchase by credit card is safe, as Koželj d.o.o. provides the technological and organisational means to protect the transfer and the storage of personal data and payments. We ensure secure authorisations and payment card transactions, which are performed in real time with immediate verification of data. Card details are not stored on the server.

Of course! In your profile, you can specify the addressee of the package and the payer (in this case the company). Alternatively, you can just add a note to the order that you want a VAT invoice for a legal entity, and add all the necessary information – the name and address of the company and the tax ID number. The invoice will arrive together with the package.

It may happen that the confirmation email ends up in spam, so please check this mailbox as well. If you cannot find it, there is a possibility that you have entered a wrong email address. You can always contact us via email info@kozelj.si or telephone number ( 386)1 834 35 60.

The following payment methods are available in the Koželj.si online store:
• Payment on delivery: the purchase price of the package is paid in cash to the courier upon delivery. In case of collection in person, payment on delivery is not possible.
• Payment via PayPal. 
• Payment by pro forma invoice: after placing the order, you will receive a pro forma invoice to your email with payment details to be used to transfer the purchase amount to our bank account. After receiving the payment, we dispatch the delivery. In this case, the order processing time may be extended. 
• Credit card payment: payment by credit card via the Stripe system, which enables secure payment.

Promotional codes and gift vouchers

A promotional code is a discount code that is usually provided via email, flyers, in a package together with a purchase, and on social media. If you have acquired our promotional code, you can use it in our online store in the “PROMO CODE” field. When you select products to buy, you add them to the cart. There is a special field in the shopping cart called “Promo Code”, where you enter the code and click the “Confirm” button. The discount is calculated automatically.Codes are usually time-limited – you must use them by a certain date, unless we inform you otherwise. The value of the code is predetermined and applies a discount to the entire purchase or just a specific product – depending on the special offer. Promotional codes do not add up. If you enter a wrong code, the system will warn you.

Vip card

You can order a Koželj VIP card online or directly at our W-Point Dvor branch in Ljubljana or at W-Point Moste. If you order a Koželj VIP card online, you must fill out the form at the following link: https://www.kozelj.si/narocite-kozelj-vip-kartico-zvestobe. When we receive your request, we will send you the card by post and activate it in our system.

The Koželj VIP card gives you a 5% discount on your purchase and also:
  • Exclusive promotions and discounts several times a year, intended only for cardholders
  • Notifications of all the benefits
  • Exclusive invitations to our events
  • Notifications of new products and discounts in the online store

No, discounts do not add up. The discount that is the highest will apply.

Dispatch and delivery

For deliveries outside Slovenia, we charge for transport according to the official price list of our contractual partner abroad (DHL or DPD).

If you do not receive the package within four (4) working days after placing the order, please inform us at info@kozelj.si or contact us on ( 386)1 834 35 60 and we will check where your package is located.

For the delivery of goods within Slovenia, the delivery cost is €5.00. For orders with a total value of over €50.00 (including VAT), delivery is free. You can also collect the ordered goods in person at the company’s headquarters (Moste 54, 1218 Komenda) or in one of the branches (Ljubljana, Portorož). Upon collection in person, delivery or other costs are not charged.

We strive to dispatch every order as soon as possible. The delivery time of the ordered goods is in principle 2–3 working days from the day of payment. In principle, all orders placed by 12 noon (except in exceptional cases) will be dispatched the same day. The delivery time of the ordered goods is 2–3 working days. There is no delivery on weekends and holidays. If you choose the payment by pro forma invoice, this is counted from the moment the transfer is visible in our bank account. If the goods are not in stock, we will notify you and inform you of the new delivery date. We deliver the ordered goods with our own delivery service or with our contractual partners (Pošta Slovenija, DPD or DHL). You can also collect the ordered goods in person at the company’s headquarters (Moste 54, 1218 Komenda) or in one of the branches (Ljubljana, Portorož). In case of collection in person, payment on delivery is not possible. In cases where the provider dispatches the ordered products on time, the provider is not responsible if the contracted delivery service exceeds the delivery time. The delivery service is responsible for the loss or damage of the shipment. In case of damage or loss of the shipment, the provider will send a new one immediately after the notification.

Complaints

Write to us at the email address reklamacije@kozelj.si and attach the filled-out form, which can be found here. Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the package. You can read more in the General Terms and Conditions.

Please write to us at email reklamacije@kozelj.si or contact us on ( 386)1 834 35 60 and we will send you the missing product as soon as possible and also cover the delivery costs.

Unfortunately, it happens that certain packages are damaged in transport, despite care and protection. In this case, you must inform us at the email address reklamacije@kozelj.si, with as much information as possible (order number and information on damaged products) and attached photos of the damage. We will do our best to resolve the complaint as soon as possible.
