Withdrawal from purchase, refund

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the customer has the right to inform the provider within 15 days of receiving the goods that he is withdrawing from the order. The customer can return the goods on the basis of a notice of withdrawal to the e-mail address reklamacije@kozelj.si.

The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 30 days after the submission of the notice of withdrawal from the contract (purchase).

The returned goods must be returned by the customer undamaged, originally packaged and in the same quantity to Koželj d.o.o. at the address Moste 54, 1218 Komenda. The cost of returning the goods is paid by the customer.

If you withdraw from the order, we will refund all payments made after receiving the goods and checking that the goods are undamaged and in the same quantity. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after the receipt of the notice of withdrawal and the return of goods.

When returning the goods, the customer must enclose the invoice for the goods, his personal details and the transaction account to which the purchase price will be returned. 


Rejection of order

The online store reserves the right to reject an order which it cannot execute under the stated conditions and according to the information at its disposal.

Complaints

We strive to satisfy our customers, so in the event that you receive goods that do not meet your wishes or needs, we will exchange them or refund your money at your request. Undamaged and unused goods in the original packaging can be returned to us within 15 days of purchase to the address: Koželj d.o.o., Moste 54, 1218 Komenda, and we will refund the purchase price. The return option does not apply if the original packaging was opened or the goods were used.

In the event that the package in which the customer receives the ordered goods is physically damaged or it is missing part of the order or it shows signs of opening, the customer must report the complaint to reklamacije@kozelj.si. Together with our contractual partner, we will make sure that the complaint is resolved in the shortest possible time.

In case of damaged, defective or spoiled goods, the original packaging must be provided upon return. 

 In case of a bottle of wine affected by cork taint, we replace the bottle under the following conditions: the wine is of Slovenian origin, a maximum of 100 ml of wine is missing from the bottle, the bottle is closed with the original cork stopper, the wine was purchased no more than 6 months ago, the invoice is enclosed.
