Villa Fabiani - Malgaj
Villa Fabiani in Kobdilj is the birthplace of the famous Slovenian architect Max Fabiani, and is therefore a protected cultural monument today. This 600-year-old vineyard estate comprises a peasant mansion with a main courtyard, dominated by centuries-old protected mulberry, the only one of its kind in Slovenia. An indispensable link in the story of Villa Fabiani is Picolit, a sweet dessert wine produced from dried grapes of the variety of the same name.
