In the Karst Teran wine becomes from the grapevine of Refosco. It ‘s a very fresh wine because it grows on limestone and clay soil, in fact the terra rossa denominates it. This wine is documented in ancient sources and was already known to the ancient Romans for its healthy qualities. Gourmets will appreciate it along with the Karst prosciutto and with red meat dishes.
