A wine that reverberates through the body like an electric current. Almost physically crackles in the mouth, like reworks against a dark sky. The spice is like a wall of ne powder. Golden flowers, chamomile and the pencil-sketched shadow of honey. Massive lift through the nose. Powerful without being heavy, power with precision. The wine is of a gentle golden yellow color, slightly cloudy and unfiltered. The bouquet is accentuated, clear, fruity and beautifully varietal defined. In addition to the expected stone fruits, we also find honey, apples, cloves and cinnamon.Widely inviting. In the mouth, the wine is dry, medium-bodied, with nice acids that are slightly higher than in Istria. The real beauty of this Malvasia happens in the mouth, where it is very tasty, varied, we also find a slight touch of wood. With a nice texture, it spreads nicely across the mouth. Excellent, brought to the limit and with a very long aftertaste.The best between 2019 and 2025.
