The elegant Hibiki has a full fruity taste with oranges and apricots in abundance. There’s a little peppery spice, but the soft, succulent fruit takes hold. The palate is extremely balanced. On the nose, we notice beguiling aromas of apricots, orange blossom and marmalade, bolstered by subtle spiciness, too – cinnamon and clove. The finish is dominated by spiciness, but there are also slight notes of aging.
