Its colour is a gentle, golden yellow. The bubbles are tiny and numerous. Its bouquet is mature, slightly more intense and fine. It is dry in the mouth, of stronger body and with beautiful mature acids. The texture of the bubbles is oily, and the character of the wine seems stronger in the mouth than in the nose.

Of lively fruit character with the aroma of elderberry flowers, gooseberries, tropical fruit, nettles, pepper, black currant or mown grass. The wine is fresh, harmonious and of full taste.Sauvignon was introduced at the beginning of the 19th century and, in recent years, is justifiably becoming the leading variety in this region. Thanks to the sunny days and cold autumn nights, the conditions here are ideal.For a good Sauvignon, it is important to have steady growth, thorough pruning, good lighting and aeration of the canopy. A healthy grape, a well-chosen harvest time and precise work in the cellar ensure the good expression of the variety’s qualities.Verus Sauvignon comes from several vineyards, both old and young, on eastern, southern and western facing terrains. Therefore, by carefully selecting the time of harvest for each individual vineyard in each vintage, we can achieve the desired style of wine: the maximum intensity of the bouquet, an aroma of elderflowers, gooseberries, tropical fruit, nettles, capsicum, blackcurrant or cut grass. The wine is fresh, balanced and has a full-bodied flavour.

The white Konjičan is a cuvée of four varieties: Welschriesling, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Blanc and Rhine Riesling. The golden-yellowish colour with green notes is implying the freshness of the wine. On scenting nicely floral and fruity note become evident. The residual sugar contributes to its harmony and drinkability. The Pinot Blanc offers the Konjičan nicely acids, the Müller-Thurgau its fruitiness and drinkability, the Welschriesling its constitution, the Rhine Riesling offers him a unique character, which is nicely fruity, mineral (influence of the terroir) and characteristic only of the Konjičan white cuvee.
