The Rojac boutique farm produces only organic wine from indigenous varieties. Rojac wines are unconventional, authentic, rich, structural and reflect the characteristics of man, the land and the area where they come from. Wines are natural - the guidig line in their production is a lot of work in the vineyard, where top quality grapes are born, which are brought to modern times and left in the pot, with minimal intervention or monitoring of development so that nature produces the wine.

The idea behind the production of Moia / Royaz sparkling wine was to capture the distinctive strawberry aromas of Refoška.The original fermentation takes place in a bottle. Secondary fermentation is carried out in an unusual way - the wine base is bottled with fresh must, which triggers the fermentation process in the bottle. It is a combination of classical methods and ancestral methods better known as Pet-Nat, which is an abbreviation for the French term petillant-naturelle.
