The wine is golden yellow in color. On the nose, it is varietal clean, intense, rich, mature and fine. The predominant odors are elderberry, dry spices, hay, black pepper.The wine is dry, strong, moderately acidic and very mineral. This Rebula shows an extractive, golden yellow colour with an amber hue and a dense texture.The bouquet evokes ripe red apple, apricot, yellow fig, yellow plum, orange peel, papaya, carambola and yellow rose. Note of herbs reveals rosemary, anise, finishing with notes of almonds, hazelnuts and toffee.The palate feels soft, and the alcohol nicely underlays its structure. Its freshness is crisp and well balanced by the softness of the wine, we detect mineral salinity, and the mouth is dried by the perceptible tannins, which act slightly spicy. It's thanks to these properties that the mouthfeel is balanced.A Rebula with an intense taste, fuller body and lasting, elegant persistency.A harmonious wine that will only upgrade its elegance through maturation. It can be enjoyed now but will evolve over the coming years. It will go well with pasta and risottos with a touch of the sea or white meat.

Pinela is an autochthonous variety of Vipavska dolina region, cultivated exclusively on the slopes and elated sites. Pinela is sensitive to high humidity and it is willing to grow calm, where reason, why we plant it to the poor soil, marly soil. As our grandfathers did.The wine is of medium deep golden yellow color. The bouquet is pronounced, fruity, and also smells of tropical fruits such as bananas and pineapples, ginger and ripe apricots. It is dry in the mouth, despite the lower alcohol level it works fuller, perhaps also due to the rather oily texture, quite intense, it ends in a long, fruity aftertaste.

Reddish gold. Smells of sumac and rooibos. Wild, complex, rose petals and smoky paprika. Everything but fruit. The palate, just as souk-suused as the nose, seems to glow, translucent. Deeply earthy. A very, very exciting wine.Vinification: Handpicked into 10 kg cases. Half grapes stay not destemmed in clusters, the other half is gently destemmed. Fermented separated under controlled temperature in oak vats with wild yeast for 2 months of skin contact. No pigeage or remontage of grapes with stems while destemmed berries are carefully sunk to the bottom. Separately pressed and joined to age in 500l oak barrels on fine less for 22 months. No finning nor filtration.
