300g hobotnice
100 g motovilca
150 g rumenih in rdečih češnjevih paradižnikov
Polovica zelenega jabolka
50 g zelenih oliv
2 žlici Giusti belega balzamičnega kisa
2 žlici ekstra deviškega oljčnega olja

Priprava
Kuhanje hobotnice
Vodo v loncu rahlo osolite, zavrite in vanjo potopite hobotnico. Kuhajte približno 40 minut, nato jo pustite, da se v loncu, v katerem se je kuhala, ohladi, zato da ostane mehka. Ko se ohladi jo narežite na kose.
Priprava zelenjave
Motovilec temeljito operite. Češnjeve paradižnike prerežite na pol, zeleno jabolko pa narežite na tanke rezine.
Sestavljanje solate
Na krožnik razporedite motovilec, nato dodajte češnjeve paradižnike, jabolko, olive in na kose narezano hobotnico.
Preliv in serviranje
Pripravite emulzijo iz ekstra deviškega oljčnega olja, Giusti belega balzamičnega kisa, soli in popra. Preliv pokapajte po solati, nežno premešajte in postrezite s kozarcem ohlajenega belega vina Malvazija Klasik Dar sonca.
