Fornazarič
The Fornazarič farm has a very long history. Their great location, climate and method of production enabled the Fornazarič farm to develop and expand viticulture on all nearby slopes and to produce quality wine. In 1991, they started with a new philosophy and reconstruction of the vineyards. The wines gained natural stability and longevity. The wines in the cellar are produced naturally and they are bottled without prior filtration, as their goal is to produce wine as natural as possible.

Rubino is a red blend of merlot 80% and cabernet sauvignon 20% with addition of sweet wine from dried grapes. Both varieties are macerated – Merlot for 1 month, cabernet sauvignon for 2 weeks. The wine then matures for two years in used barrique barrels and in the third year the sweet wine is added, which matures separately. After three years the wine is bottled without filtration.Ruby red colour, exceptional fruity smell of forest fruits, flavour composed of freshness and velvet elegance.
