Guerila is an organic boutique cellar in the Vipava Valley. The soil of the vineyards is a mixture of sand, sandstone, marl, limestone and clay from the Eocene Epoch. They believe that authentic wine is truly born in the vineyard and then it merely ripens to perfection in the cellar. The key to life is in harmony and balance; to this end, they uphold biodynamic principles both in the vineyard and in the cellar.

Slamnato rumena barva daje vinu iskrivost. Vonj je zelo intenziven in fin. Prepoznamo arome po mediteranskih dišavnicah – lovoru, rožmarinu in timijanu, v kombinaciji s sadnimi ter cvetnimi notami. Nežno vino, polnega okusa z ravno prav svežine in mehkobe, je zaokroženo in izrazito mineralno.
