Lisjak Boris
In the heart of the Karst, in the village of Dutovlje, lie the vineyards of the Lisjak family, which has been engaged to viticulture since 1836. Today, the seventh generation is taking care of the vineyard. In the stone cellar the wine matures in oak barrels for one to seven years. Among Lisjak's wines, the one that attracts the most attention is the bottle "Osti jarej" designed by Oskar Kogoj. According to some explanations, it means to stay young, healthy, strong. "Osti jarej" is therefore an exclamation that toasts the lifelong vitality.

Vitovska grganja is an indigenous variety of grapes from the Karst. The wine produced from it is a fresh white with a peculiar taste and scent of wild berries and a bouquet of wild flowers. Maceration lasts one day, while fermentation takes place in wooden barrels for another year.
