Soligo
The Soligo story began in 1957 when 31 wine producers came together with a love for prosecco, a talent for wine-making and a love for their land. Over the years, they became one of the most important points of reference for wine production in Italy. Today, the winery has around 600 cooperative members who are dedicated to carefully taking care of their vines day after day. They work in an environmentally friendly way, respecting the vines that have turned the hills into such a unique landscape, able to give unique and unmistakeable notes to each bunch of grapes.

The grapes are hand-picked in September. At the winery, the grapes are gently pressed and then undergo a slow fermentation process in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. An autoclave is used to make this wine sparkling.
