Broken Bones Ljubljana Dragon Gin is a fresh junipery and subtle citrusy gin with a unique character based on traditional recipe with a distinctive Slovenian origin.
It is produced with the same recipe as their London Dry Gin that includes selected local juniper and rosehip from Slovenia’s Karst region together with linden flowers, coriander, cardamom, angelica, liquorice, lemon zest and other traditional botanicals.
Ginger is added to develop the fiery character of our Broken Bones Ljubljana Dragon Gin.

It is produced with the same recipe as London Dry Gin, with enhanced doses of selected botanicals. It includes local juniper and rosehip from Slovenia’s Karst region together with linden flowers, coriander, cardamom, angelica, liquorice, lemon zest and other traditional botanicals. Diluted to 57% ABV, Broken Bones Navy Strength Gin is more junipery and spicy, but still dangerously smooth gin.

This charmat method sparkling wine is showing lively green colour. The aroma shows characteristics of herbs, roasted almonds, bread crust and yeasty tones. This aroma is complex and rich.Sparkling wine with a delicious taste, fine bubbles and residual sugar, make this wine widely accepted. An emphasised drinkability and aroma that is easily combined with food.Handpicked grapes. Direct pressing of crushed grapes and must clarification by sedimentation of free run juice. Fermentation at temperatures between 11°C and 20°C. Six-month wine maturation in stainless steel tanks on the lees. Secondary fermentation in tank by charmat method on temperature between 15°C and 20°C. Three months of ageing on lees.
