At first sight, its subtle pale pink colour holds a promise of elegance.
On the nose, aromas of rose hips, cured ham, mulberries, redcurrant, peony, pepper and pink grapefruit.
On the palate, delicate flavours of honey, citrus and dried fruit with a long finish, enhanced by its fine bubbles complete the experience.

Differences enrich us. With this in mind, we created a variety of varieties of pinela, zeleni silvanec and laški rizling. A complex, elegant and expressive wine was created, in which the fully expressed characteristics of three varieties from three Slovenian wine-growing regions resonate and complement each other: Primorska, Posavje and Podravje.

Whiskey GREEN SPOT

Mitchell & Son

·
The Green Spot name originated from the Mitchell family’s practice of marking casks of different ages with a daub of coloured paint. Originally there was a ‘Blue Spot’, ‘Red Spot’ and even a ‘Yellow Spot’, but Green Spot emerged as their most popular whiskey and is one of the few “whiskey bonder brands” to survive to modern day.–split– Single Pot Still whiskey is unique to Ireland in general and to the Midleton Distillery, Co. Cork, in particular, and is regarded as the quintessential style of Irish whiskey. Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills, Pot Still whiskeys are characterised by full, complex flavours and a wonderful, creamy mouthfeel.NOSEFresh aromatic oils and spices with orchard fruits and barley on a background of toasted wood.TASTEFull spicy body. A hint of cloves along with the fruity sweetness of green apples, rounded off with toasted oak. Followed by lingering flavours of spices and barley.

Orma is the perfect assemblage of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, grape varieties that have found in these surroundings their perfect habitat. These gently-sloping hills boast deep soils composed largerly of pebble and clay; with very little sand, cool soils that resist the heat of recent seasons, while the nearby Mediterranean tempers the heat coming from inland, cooling the summers and softening the winters. The grapes are hand-picked and vinified according to the dictates of tradition: a fermentation of some 15 days, followed by maceration, with frequent punchdowns and pumpovers, followed by a full year spent in French oak barriques.
