The wine is of medium deep golden yellow color. The bouquet is expressive, aromatic and floral. Dry wine is medium-bodied, has a nice oily texture, the acids are quite mild for rebula.

The flower is youthful, very special, with plenty of honey, apricots, overripe fruits. The wine has a strong and full taste in the mouth, but also has a very long aftertaste.Smells of yellow plum and mimosa flowers. Sonorous. A wine that reverberates through the body like an electric current. Almost physically crackles in the mouth, like reworks against a dark sky. The spice is like a wall of ne powder. Golden flowers, chamomile and the pencil-sketched shadow of honey. Massive lift through the nose. Powerful without being heavy, power with precision. The vineyard where this wine is produced is one of the oldest owned by Louis Jadot since the XIXth century. It is located in the very heart of the appellation (next to the Corton Pougets) which then expanded after 1966. Originally, it was the only place to be allowed to bear the Corton-Charlemagne apellation. This vineyard is ideally South oriented.

The four-hectare vineyard, located at an altitude of 60 metres, grows on the southern side of the limestone plateau of Saint Emilion.Grapes are vinified in truncated conical wooden vats and then matured in French oak barrels (50% in new barrels, 50% in one-wine barrels), for between 12 and 16 months.
