Intense, almost deep golden-yellow colour. The nose is intense yet not overpowering, which can quickly affect a Sauvignon Blanc, rather it is mature and juicy, revealing ripe grapes grown in a moderate climate. Structured, reminiscent of gooseberry, white peach, hay, ripe tomato, a sliver of orange peel. The sensations all come together through fine, discreet notes, telling the story of ageing in oak.
Dry on the palate, gentle acidity that nicely balances out and grounds its full body. The texture is oily, and despite a higher alcohol content, creates a pleasant tension serving up a luxurious aromatic profile. The taste lingers with a long, salty, dramatic finish.

Nežnejša zlatorumena barva pove, da je bil stik z zrakom omejen in da zna biti vino precej aromatično. Nos to v popolnosti potrdi. Izrazita cvetica po kosmuljah, grenivki, senu, limeti z diskretno noto po dimu in hrastovini je zelo specifična, karakterna. Zelo suho, z imenitno kislino, ki je redka na naših koncih. Aromatski profil je intenziven, persistenten, sadnost se v ustih nekoliko umiri, lesna nota prijetno doda h kompleksnosti. Nova paradigma briškega sauvignona?

Gentle lemon colours with golden hues. The bouquet is ripe, full and rich. Aroma of white flowers, honey, with clear yeast notes and slightly perceptible notes of red fruits. Very dry in the mouth, medium body, the acids are high and the texture of the bubbles is very delicate and sophisticated.Bjana Blanc de Noir is the first Slovenian white sparkling wine Pinot Noir. Sparkling wine Bjana Blanc De Noir does not have as strong bofy as Cuvee Prestige. Although it is made of Pinot Noir but it is not in pink colour as Brut rose. According to the sugar level, it falls into the category of extra brut (3 to 6 g / l of sugar) and is not as very dry as Brut zero, but it is drier than Brut.
