The Red Amphora represents the next step among our red wines.
Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) provides tartnes and hardness, Merlot (50%) gives it softness, juiciness. After 15 months of maturation in barrique it matures for another 12 months in ampfora, where it matures and round off.

Nose
On the nose there are intertwined scents of ripe red fruits, pepper, blossoms of violet, leather, tobacco, vanilla
Taste
On the palate a grand crescendo slowly opens, soon to be joined by fruit notes, herbs and spices also chime in from the background. It is grassy and fruity in equal measure, even though the spices take centre stage in the long aftertaste.
Vinification
Pressing after 6 months of maceration in amphora.

Leopold is a blend of white wine composed of malvazija, green sauvignon, rebula and sauvignon. This fresh wine of the current year is cold pressed and ferments with selected yeasts in inox barrels. It is light yellow colour with slight yellow green shades. Fresh citrus smell prevails mixed with herbal tones. The flavour is full, warm and fresh at the same time.

The color is delicate salmon, bubbles quite tiny and frequent. The bouquet is ripe, it smells of honey, dried flowers, and a bit of strawberries.The wine is dry in the mouth, there are plenty of acids, but they are pleasant and ripe.
