Mazon is known as the Grand Cru of Italian Pinot Nero and located above Egna/Neumarkt at 300-450 metres above sea level. The vineyard is exposed to NorthWest and the vines benefit from the long evening sun as well as of cool fall winds. Thedeeper position and the special clones planted in this vineyard bring out a very complex and structured Pinot Nero.
