Mazon is known as the Grand Cru of Italian Pinot Nero and located above Egna/Neumarkt at 300-450 metres above sea level. The vineyard is exposed to North
West and the vines benefit from the long evening sun as well as of cool fall winds. The
deeper position and the special clones planted in this vineyard bring out a very complex and structured Pinot Nero.

A golden yellow robe. A slightly toasted nose, cream of milk, coffee. Notes of dried flowers and dried fruits. The mouth gives you quite a surprise with its notes of honey, slightly grilled almond and vanilla. A very elegant Granny Smith finish.

Black Rebula is an old Brda variety, also known as Pokalca. The density of wine drops slowly dripping down the wine glass indicates its richness.

Green sylvan is a traditional native variety. The volcanic soil base gives the wine a unique taste.Heady nose of campfire, clementine peel and orange blossom and baked cream. Golden, shimmering, a mouthful of dust and wide sunset colors. Wild and elusive and fiery with life, orange citrus and white pepper, with an intense quince-sweet perfume. But there is a great stillness at the core of this wine. Magnificent.
