Medium deep golden yellow color. The bouquet is pronounced, with honey, balsamic notes, smoke, wood, almonds. Dry in the mouth, medium-bodied, with plenty of acidity that elevates the wine. The taste in the mouth is pronounced, most of the aromas come from the vinification title, the primary notes are in the background.
The wine is an intense ruby red color with purple undertones. On the nose it is extremely complex; cocoa, pepper, black currant and blueberry and the sweet smell of prunes. In the background the smell of truffles and sweet anise.
