Barva je zlato rumena. Vonj je zelo intenziven, fin. Na nos prepoznamo arome po zrelem sadju, hruški, beli breskvi, mediteranskih dišavnicah, suhem sadju, suhemu cvetju, medu. Elegantno vino polnega telesa. Z prijetno svežino, mehko, harmonično in zaokroženo. Izrazito mineralno.

The colour is golden yellow and lively. The bouquet is extremely complex. The wine combines the aromas of dried flowers, especially chamomile, herbs, mature and dried fruit and honey. A gentle, medium-bodied wine with just enough freshness. Highly mineral, harmonious and elegant.Manual harvest of selected biodynamic grown grapes sorted in the vineyard. All varieties are harvested at the same time. One week maceration of the grape mash and spontaneous fermentation with own yeast. Mild pressing and one-year maturation of the wine in a big traditional oak old wooden barrel in which the process of malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine matures on its own lees without flow for one year. Bottling with minimal addition of sulphur without filtration.

During the Venetian Republic, 400 years ago, Istrians were aware that their indigenous variety of Refošk is something special. It was the wine which supposed to have healing effects and it was reserved only for the chosen ones. The same still applies today, as not every vintage is good enough to produce Rener, but when this is the case, they produce this exceptional wine from a selection of only the best Refoška grapes from their vineyards.

A delicate, mineral wine with just the right balance of freshness and smoothness.Hand harvest of biodynamic cultivated grapes. Short maceration of crushed grapes, pressing and must decantation. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast present on the grapes. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Six months maturation of the wine on the lees in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Bottling without filtration according to biodynamic calendar with minimal sulphur addition.

Velvety and rich, its sweet tannins create with the aroma of vanilla an extremely harmonious and complex wine.Champion among red wines at national competition Vino Ljubljana Gornja Radgona. Full-bodied and elegant at the same time with a touch of mint and oak.
