In the Karst Teran wine becomes from the grapevine of Refosco. It ‘s a very fresh wine because it grows on limestone and clay soil, in fact the terra rossa denominates it. This wine is documented in ancient sources and was already known to the ancient Romans for its healthy qualities. Gourmets will appreciate it along with the Karst prosciutto and with red meat dishes. We produce wine Teran observing the ancient traditions.Very nice, soft and elegant acidity.

Deep ruby colour.Pure herbal notes prevailing, with tones of forest fruit (black raspberry) and pepper. Notes of smoke and leather coming from the background. The scent-anticipated story continues in the mouth. The wine is in perfect harmony, elegant. A distinct presence of herbal notes. The tannins are quite soft. Followed by a long, fuity finish, Cabernet Franc is clearly an elegant Batič wine.

Produced according to the process of biodynamic production, after 25 days of maceration with its own yeasts, it is poured together with fine yeast into Slovenian oak barrels, where it matures for about 24 months.It is ruby red in color, with an intense rich scent reminiscent of plums, cherries, black currants. The taste is quite intense, pleasant tannins, nicely harmonious, which lets us know that the grapes were picked at full maturity. Long aftertaste.We recommend it with all red meat, especially grilled but not too spicy.
