Blend of Malvazija Istriana and Saugvinon Blanc, aromatic and young, with abundant flavours of green peppers and elderflower, also a few notes of tropical fruit. Medium body and balanced acidity makes it an excellent aperitif. It shell also superbly accompany asparagus and salads.

Valle is a blend of Malvasia Istarska and Sauvignon Blanc with the former giving body and texture and later giving vibrancy, freshness, and aromatic complexity. Valle shows medium deep golden colour. On the nose it is quite pronounced, youthful, and aromatic. Sauvignon Blanc looks to dominate the blend giving plenty of tropical fruits, grapefruit, mango, oranges, passion fruit, lemons and freshness. Very dry on the palate, while acidity levels are on the medium side. It is bringing lovely, powerful version of Valle, with plenty of aroma and mouthfeel. Very Mediterranean and fresh at the same time.
