Very dry in the mouth, medium body, the acids are high and the texture of the bubbles is very delicate and sophisticated.Bjana Blanc de Noir is the first Slovenian white sparkling wine Pinot Noir. Sparkling wine Bjana Blanc De Noir does not have as strong bofy as Cuvee Prestige. Although it is made of Pinot Noir but it is not in pink colour as Brut rose. According to the sugar level, it falls into the category of extra brut (3 to 6 g / l of sugar) and is not as very dry as Brut zero, but it is drier than Brut.

After the alcoholic fermentation of the clear must, the wine was matured for one year in a stainless steel tank, after which it was re-fermented in bottles, where it was matured on yeast for at least three years.Produced by classical method.
