Medium deep golden yellow. Medium emphasized bouquet, ripe. Honey, butter, smoke, a layer of dried herbs, wood. Distinct, diverse, but very nicely composed. Dry in the mouth, but not completely. Stronger, with higher ripe acidity. Lively and open in the mouth. An abundance of oily texture and good fruit. Caramel, butter, saltiness and full taste are attributes that convince in the mouth.
Calm, with a much more moderate alcohol level than in the past, when often times heat would prevail. This time the variety and origin dominate. Long aftertaste.

Sauvignon Goričko
Rich wine with complex aromatics and extremely long aftertaste. The flower is ripe, over wood, bread crust and spices. In the mouth, the wine is dry, full and mineral.

Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast only, 5 days of skin contact. Aged on fine lees for 15 months in 600l French Haute Futaie oak barrels and 30hl oak cask. Unfined and unfiltered.

Gentle golden yellow color. The bouquet is ripe, luxurious despite the years. Grapefruit, dried herbs, firn, quartz, juicy yellow fruits, butter. Sauvignon discreetly hints at its presence, Laško Riesling adds elegance, chardonnay structure. Dry in the mouth, medium body, with a flexible texture and lively acid. Aroma of ripe sauvignon - black currant-gooseberry, hay, even in the mouth a little pops up. Wine with character.Viinification: 50% Laški Rizling, the rest is Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Handpicked into 10 kg cases and emptied gently into a destemmer. Selected grapes rest in vats up to 4 days of skin contact for spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast. Aged on fine lees for 24 months in 500l and 25hl oak barrels. Blended before bottling. Unfined.

Green sylvan is a traditional native variety. The volcanic soil base gives the wine a unique taste.Heady nose of campfire, clementine peel and orange blossom and baked cream. Golden, shimmering, a mouthful of dust and wide sunset colors. Wild and elusive and fiery with life, orange citrus and white pepper, with an intense quince-sweet perfume. But there is a great stillness at the core of this wine. Magnificent.

It is the natural processing, combined with a special technology in Pro Corde by which we increased, of great many ingradients, contained in the grapes and wine, a group of compounds called proanthocyanidols, known by its beneficial properties.The colour of the wine is dark ruby. On nose, expressed, fruity aromas with the dominating blackberry and cherry aromas . Well balanced wine with noticeable tannins that are finely harmonized with the tones of the ripe, red fruit. The wine is full bodied and longlasting.
