Nikka Coffey Gin's complexity is achieved through the perfect balance between 11 selected botanicals and the silky texture of Coffey distillates. The bright and zesty aroma originating from four kinds of Japanese citruses, Yuzu, Kabosu, Amanatsu and Shequasar, compliments the traditional gin botanicals of juniper berries, angelica, coriander seeds, lemon and orange peels. There is also a touch of apples, a fruit deeply related to the history of Nikka, followed by pleasantly tangy hints of green Japanese Sansho pepper on the finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon is of an intensive ruby red colour with shades of pomegranate. Its fruity aroma is magically mixed with the flavour of spices and sour cherries. Created at the Bruichladdich distillery, this superb Islay gin was distilled in the 'ugly betty' still described as "an oversized upside-down dustbin made of copper" by Tom Morton. Perhaps the best looking packaging we've ever seen for a gin - it's not all style and no substance either. This is a world-class gin!A huge 31 botanicals go into The Botanist, 22 of which are foraged and native to Islay. Nose: Enough botanicals to make us wish we had five noses. Big notes of citrus, delicate menthol and flowers everywhere!Palate: Cool at first. It quickly mellows out, warmth growing with citrus keeping it fresh throughout.Finish: Long, with a good spice.Overall: Islay isn't just about the whisky anymore. The Botanist Gin is top-notch.

This wine is a blend made from three vineyards within the appellation of Morgon : Côte du Py, Bellevue and Roche Noire. They are planted on pink granite or on diorite: the blue rock landmark of Côte du Py. The depth and alteration of these soils vary from one vineyard to another.The wines are aged for 10 months in concrete tank and in oak barrels, in our historic cellar ; new oak, one, two and three vintages old barrels. The oak used to make the barrels comes from the forests of Allier, Limousin and Nivernais.The wine needs two or three years to reach its harmony, and can then age comfortably for several decades.
