The expertise of French winemaker, who has worked in major Champagne houses, let us develop a unique wine style in Slovenia with the use of reserve wine.Made from grape varietals Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Žametna črnina (an endemic Slovenian varietal), Brut Réserve sparkling wine reveals year after year the subtle identity of terroir Dolenjska. But most importantly, Brut Réserve is a wine that perfectly combines power, finesse, and elegance, which are the cornerstones of house style.On the nose, this wine exudes aromas of citrus fruit and ripe pear coming from the Chardonnay. On the palate, the attack is straight and accurate, followed by a bright freshness. The Pinot Noir then comes in with its exquisite volume and smoothness. The finish is complex and elegant, thanks to the kindness of the reserve wines.

This cuvee victoire is made from grapes grown in the Family Vineyard. The grapes are carefully selected from certain terroirs, mainly Premier & Grand cru vineyards. Champagne is a symbol of celebration, success and Victory …Intense golden yellow.The fragrances are rich, waxed with a highly seductive internal complexity. Dried flowers and many types of yellow stone fruits are adorned with roasted and grilled nuts, butter pattiseries, lemony pastries and fresh milk.The sensation in the mouth is precise, semi-thick in texture, the tinted fruity flesh is very present on a lemony background and caramelized banana. The concealed freshness is striking in its imprint and internal brightness, it causes an exemplary length.Veal tartar with hazelnuts, walnut oil, preserved lemon, puff pastry with porcini mushrooms and fleur de sel.The bottle is painted in its respective color with a tin labelling.

The Korenika & Moškon, Sulne is a macerated mixture of Malvazija Istarska, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. Dark amber color, it actually looks like an amber colored gemstone.On the nose Sulne is quince, dried dates and figs, nutmeg, broth and lots of cognac notes. In the mouth Sulne is quince, apricots, peach jam, black tea, orange peel. The tannins are strong but nicely rounded. One might expect a wine that has been aged in wood for so long to be heavy and overripe, but that is not the case. This wine retains a lot of freshness and energy.The grapes come from the two cru vineyards Paderno and Pod Kortinca, which are cultivated according to biodynamic principles. After hand-picking, the fruits were macerated in stainless steel tanks for 45 days. Then the wine was aged in large oak barrels for 6 years (12 months on the lees). The wine was bottled without filtration or stabilization.Pairing:Good with barbecue, pasta, steak. Serve at 10-12 ° C.Vinification:45 days on the skins (maceration), without pressing. Fermentation: inox (stainless steel), indigenous yeasts; malolactic fermentation with autochthonous bacteria.
