The charm of a complex wine like Brunello di Montalcino derives from the aging period, during which the freshlyfermented wine matures and slowly absorbs aromas and fragrances from the wood of the barrels.
Almost impenetrable dark red colour, sustained and round with complex notes of
liquorice and ripe black cherry. Full, ripe, spicy black-skinned fruit on the palate, smooth
tannins expose great elegance. Chestnutty fruit long aftertaste.

Modern Bordeaux blend typical for the left bank of the river Gironde with lighter body but rich tannic structure with recognizable aromatic of cabernet Sauvignon. Because of the nice freshness the wine matures in the bottle.Ruby color with youthful violet hues. Mature aromas of ripe red fruits (bramble, blackcurrant, raspberry, sour cherry), carob, spicy cinnamon notes, vanilla and some smoky notes. Ready to drink now but has a long life, 5 – 10 years.

Organic Refošk Klasika is of distinct red ruby color with violet shades. On the nose, it surprises us with its herbal (dried grass, hay) and mineral (moist soil) aromas, as well as aromas of fresh and ripe red berries and a hint of spices. In the body, the wine is fresh and elegantly balanced with a noticeable mineral taste and somewhat velvety tannins that hint more pleasant potential of aging. The characteristic acidity of Refošk is harmoniously integrated into the fruity and spicy taste.It goes well with cured meat products (pancetta, Istrian prosciutto, and dry Istrian salami and sausages), young cheeses, red meat dishes, and tomato-based sauces. Due to its characteristic freshness, it is a great combination with more fatty dishes (grilled meat and roasts).

Our white king, depending on the year, cen be a little more herbaceous or fruity on the nose, but the typical petroleum note in a tender form is always present. The body is usually big, but well balanced with juicy acidity and mineral notes. Fruitiness is usually quite ripe, sometimes our palates are caressed with dry apricot, often we also feel the aromas of ripe apple and pear.
