ORIGINES ITALICAE Montepulciano d´ Abruzzo
The grapes are gently harvested, then the fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperature to save primary aromas. Maceration continues for 15-20 days, to fully extract color and aromas. Follows the malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks, to make the wine softer on the palate.
Ruby red color. Initial inviting aromas of cherries and spices.
Flavours explode in a second moment to offer an elegant, fresh, and well-orchestrated palate persistency.
First courses with game, grilled meats, steak, stewed and roasted, fresh and aged cheeses with hard dough like pecorino..
Serve in large opened glasses at a temperature 18 ° - 20 °.
