The wine is yellow in color, persistent foams with fine and tiny bubbles. These are a source of natural CO2 and originate from a single point at the bottom of the glass. Golden yellow with greenish tones. Composed and rich, reminding of Acacia and Passion Fruit blossoms, green almond, floral honey. Medium bodied, mineral and smooth, juicy. Pleasant and aromatic on back palate. Long.Manually picked grapes were picked in the mid-September. Grape berries were macerated for 12 hours, then gently pressed. After sedimentation, spontaneous fermentation occurred and malolactic fermentation at 18°C. Young wine was maturing for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
