The wine is yellow in color, persistent foams with fine and tiny bubbles. These are a source of natural CO2 and originate from a single point at the bottom of the glass. In the form of chains, they travel towards the surface, connect and form a likable necklace. The smooth and persistent scent radiates all the richness of classic sparkling wine production.Fruit aromas are a reflection of many years of ripening on yeasts. The predominant aroma is of nuts, roasted almonds and hazelnuts.
