Medium intense ruby color with a thin brownish edge and faintly colored tears. Onsmell first herbs and spices, then fruity (cranberries, blackberries, rosehip jam, plum jam), later the sweet ripe scents of vanilla, dried figs, tender musk, stable herring, hay open. Fine, smooth, sweet, ripe taste; the long aftertaste reminds us of mushrooms, umami. Medium full body.
