The smell of real Istrian Malvasia. We can also smell the sweet smell of vanilla.In the mouth it is nicely rounded, of medium body. Pleasant fresh, fruity and crunchy. The aftertaste remains the taste of mandarins, melons, grapefruits and lemons with a hint of caramel. The wine is extremely mineral.

Deep ruby red color with bluish undertones (oenologist Claude Gros, Narbonne).The smell is very intense; lots of black currants and blackberries combined with spices and recognizable black pepper (oenologist Claude Gros, Narbonne).It is pleasantly fresh and elegant in the mouth; the tannins are extremely velvety. Fruity predominates; the taste of black currant and the spiciness of black pepper complement each other nicely. It is a rounded wine with a long aftertaste (oenologist Claude Gros, Narbonne).It is a varietal recognizable, fruity, elegant fresh wine that can be drunk with various snacks - finger food. It has a softer structure than refošk and accordingly the dishes should be less spicy. Cabernet sauvignon is a pleasant accompaniment to blue fish, the dark parts of poultry, which should be prepared as simply and easily as possible. Combinations with various pastas (noodles, ravioli, cannelloni), natural steak, veal livers with mussels in red buzara, stuffed zucchini or peppers and various other vegetable and meat dishes are also pleasant. Rose's grapes ripen in selected locations of the older Kristančič vineyards. After the selected harvest, the Merlot is compressed, then fermented with its own yeasts in stainless steel containers. The wine is light pink in color and has delicate aromas of strawberries, cherries, berries and delicate perceptions of flowers ... In the mouth, the wine has a pleasant, full taste with a nice freshness and a nice aftertaste.Wine and food: Rosé is the ideal companion for a carefree holiday.
