The basic line in the Istenič sparkling wine range.Usually demi sec or dry, it is made from laški rizling, chardonnay and rumeni plavec, and spends at least 18 months on lees.
Medium deep ruby colors with shades of purple. The bouquet is calm, predicts beautiful maturity. We find dark red fruits, black cherries, cherries, notes of ripening in the wood in the direction of coffee. Dry in mouth, moderate tannins. Fruity.
The wine is a deep purple color. The bouquet is intense, with fine oak notes of selected barrels and black currants. In the mouth, the wine is dry, medium, almost light-bodied, the tannins are moderate, the acids are pronounced, and the variety is good.

The copper highlights adorn the Blanc de Noirs with very subtle red fruitiness. It describes raspberry, fresh blackcurrant, and wild rosehip with a lot of elegance and definition. The finish turns out to be defined by the red fruitiness and its typical chalky length. The concealed freshness is striking in its imprint and internal brightness, it causes an exemplary length.Veal tartar with hazelnuts, walnut oil, preserved lemon, puff pastry with porcini mushrooms and fleur de sel.The bottle is painted in its respective color with a tin labelling.

After sedimentation, spontaneous alcohol and malolactic fermentation occurred. Part of it in wooden barrels and part in stainless steel. Wine was maturing for a yeast on own yeast composite.
Chardonnay is a non-aromatic variety and is one of the most represented worldwide. It ripens early, giving wines with a neutral profile and a strong body, which like to be aged in wooden containers. Chardonnay 'Terase' is a partially macerated wine matured in wooden containers.

Softer garnet colors. The flower reminds of smoke, coffee, proja, ripe strawberries. Classic varietal, to be exact. Dry in the mouth, the tannic hold is quite brave, and the tannins are supple, smooth. The character in the mouth is a little behind the flower, but it offers a clear pinot character. On the warmer side, medium bodied. A really good Pinot Noir that will get even better with time.

NO 1. is a very dry sparkling wine. The name suggests that it is a very complex and mature sparkling wine. It is produced from the basic wine Chardonnay and Yellow Plavac, and has been in contact with yeast for at least three years. It is produced only at the best vintages and in limited quantities. In 1998, she won a gold medal at the international wine evaluation in Verona.
Produced only in special years, this sophisticated wine is made from 60% Chardonnay for delicacy and 40% Pinot Noir for its firm body and structure. Long lees ageing gives real complexity and depth, with notes of biscuit and fresh bread adding layers to the honey, lemon and apple flavours, and good length.
