Pinot gris has a golden yellow colour that indicates the ful-body wine with complex aroma and long finish. The aroma is rich and elegant, reminds us of candied yellow fruits, mature tropical fruits and sweet spices. Intense, fruity wine, with balanced acids and varietal characteristic.Serve chilled at 10-12 ˚C. We recommend it with seafood, turkey, veal or beef steak, grilled squid, Greek salad, and fish carpaccio.
Crystal wine, pure and golden yellow in color.The bouquet is elegant and reveals aromas of yellow plum, quince, pineapple and mango. At the same time we notice candied lemon and a note of floral honey. The taste is intense and soft. Alcohols are nicely incorporated into the structure. The freshness washes your mouth nicely and leaves perceptions of minerality. A wine of fullness and noble elegance. Very persistent taste in which the aromas of quince, ripe honey melons and sweet spices are reflected.

Extremely mineral and long aftertaste, confirm the nobility of this wine.Selected ripe and healthy grapes from their highest vineyards, 30 days maceration in 20 hl and 30 hl oak barrels (Slovenian oak - unburned), after light pressing it matures in the same barrels for another 18 months. Maturation continues in the bottles.
The DEER SALAMI is made from pork, deer and bacon. The meat and bacon, carefully selected, are not ground, but cut into cubes to preserve the virtues of the meat. The salami mature at least 18 months in order to release a large bouquet of aromas and develop a tertiary note of prolonged maturation.
