The technologically matured sparkling grapes are made from the Rebula variety, which gives the sparkling wine its freshness, and Chardonnay, which carries body and minerality.
The sparkling wine was matured using the classic method of producing sparkling wine by secondary fermentation in the bottle and was destemmed after 48 months.
The sparkling wine is golden yellow in colour, with fine pearly bubbles that open up to develop flavours of gingerbread, buttery bread crust, croissant and almonds with a delicate, dry finish.

Gentle lemon colours with golden hues. The bouquet is ripe, full and rich. Aroma of white flowers, honey, with clear yeast notes and slightly perceptible notes of red fruits. Very dry in the mouth, medium body, the acids are high and the texture of the bubbles is very delicate and sophisticated.Bjana Blanc de Noir is the first Slovenian white sparkling wine Pinot Noir. Sparkling wine Bjana Blanc De Noir does not have as strong bofy as Cuvee Prestige. Although it is made of Pinot Noir but it is not in pink colour as Brut rose. According to the sugar level, it falls into the category of extra brut (3 to 6 g / l of sugar) and is not as very dry as Brut zero, but it is drier than Brut.

Black pepper, fine wood, melons, cedar, chocolate and plenty of dark red and black fruits. Time is on its side. Mature, dry, strong, with plenty of tannins that are still softening up in the mouth.
