We can smell homemade plum jam, wild cherries, raspberries, vanilla, oak and tobacco. The plum jam aroma is also distinctive in the wine’s taste. Also prominent are red fruit aromas, which are nicely complemented by aromas of tobacco, dark chocolate and vanilla. The wine is pleasant and elegant, full-bodied, with refined tannins and a long aftertaste.

We pick the best refosco grapes in the end of September. Maceration is longer as grapes contain more phenols, anthocyanins, minerals and aromatic substances, which are of a key importance for higher quality wines. We process it in a combination of stainless steel and wooden pot, which we use to emphasize the mature character of the wine and maintain the aroma of dark fruits, which is genuine for Teran.

Sauvignon – characteristic for its variety and a real classic from the Jeruzalem Hills. The grapes were cultivated in the top locations of Kog, Vinski Vrh, and Mali Brebovnik, in a nature-friendly manner. Sauvignon is medium-bodied, mineral, and fresh. It is distinguished by an intense varietal bouquet, intertwining the aromas of gooseberry, citrus fruits, elderberry, and passion fruit.
