Steyer
The first bottle of wine was produced in 1992 with the bottling of gewurztraminer and chardonnay, and the first bottle of wine was sold in 1993. They cultivate 20 hectares of vineyards, located in Plitvički Vrh along the Mura river, which provides the fertile fields with water. In the south, they are surrounded by low hills, and in the north, the magnificent silhouette of the Alps is visible in the distance.

The wine is full-bodied, mineral, structured, we detect blackcurrant, various spices. Despite the structure, the wine has a nice varietal characteristic of ripe Sauvignon Blanc. Reminiscent of currants, gooseberries, nettles, herbs.

The bouquet resembles a rose, cloves, and as it matures, it resembles citrus fruits. Day or evening beautifies the corner independent wine, in cooking it requires the chef's ingenuity and imagination, as his characteristic smell and taste they quickly prevail. It matches nicely with the more spicy dishes and flavors of Asian cuisine, and white in generalpoultry meat (turkey, duck, chicken).

The bouquet is typical for Sauvignon Blanc, with pronounced notes of elderberry, hay, nettles, gooseberries and green fruits. Dry in the mouth, with a nicely intense character, medium body, fruity, the taste reminds of gooseberry, elderflower and green bell pepper.
